ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS (JUDICIAL REVIEW) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 111 of 1980 - SECT 9

Change in person holding, or performing the duties of, an office

9. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and
substituting the following paragraph:



"(b) the person no longer holds, or, for whatever reason, is not performing
the duties of, that office,".
