Short title.
ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS (JUDICIAL REVIEW) ACT 1977
No. 59 of 1977 An Act relating to the Review on Questions of Law of certain
Administrative Decisions.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act
