Short title.

An Act to amend section 4 of the Automatic Data Processing Equipment Bounty
Act

Short title, &c.

  1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Automatic Data Processing Equipment
Bounty Amendment Act 1984.
  (2) The Automatic Data Processing Equipment Bounty Act 1977 *1* is in this
Act referred to as the Principal Act.

Commencement

  2. This Act shall come into operation, or shall be deemed to have come into
operation, as the case requires, on 28 March 1984.

Periods during which bounty payable

  3. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (c)
''28 March 1984'' and substituting ''6 May 1984 or on such later date as the
Minister, by notice published in the Gazette before 6 May 1984, fixes as the
date after which bounty is not to become payable under this Act''.
