ASIAN DEVELOPMENT FUND ACT 1992 No. 36 of 1992 - SECT 6

6. The money necessary to make any payment under a notice given under section
4, including a payment under a promissory note issued under section 5, is to
be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated
accordingly.
