ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 28

Grants, &c., of property for purposes of business enterprises

28. For the purposes of section 24, the Commission may acquire by agreement
any real or personal property, and may grant, sell, lease or otherwise make
available property so acquired to an Aboriginal or Aboriginals, or to an
Aboriginal body, on such terms and conditions (if any) as are determined by
the Commission.
