ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 2

2.(1) Sections 1, 2 and 3 shall come into operation on the day on which this
Act received the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Section 4, Parts II and III, sections 20, 21, 22 and 26 and Parts VI, VII
and VIII shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such
date as is, or such respective dates as are, fixed by Proclamation, being a
date or dates, as the case may be, not earlier than the date fixed under
sub-section (2).
