ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 10

Conferral of functions and powers by State Act, &c.

10. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Parliament that, except
as otherwise directed by the Minister, the Commission shall have such
functions and powers as are expressly conferred on it by a law of a State or
of an internal Territory that are additional to those conferred by this Act.
