AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY ELECTRICITY SUPPLY AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 5 of 1977 - SECT 8

8. Any act or thing done by the Australian Capital Territory Electricity
Authority at a time during the period that commenced on 17 July 1974 and ended
on the day immediately preceding the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent, and any election by the Australian Capital Territory Legislative
Assembly of a member of the Assembly as a member of the Authority that took
place at a time during that period, shall be deemed to have been as valid and
effectual as it would have been if the amendments made by sections 3, 4 and 5
had been in force at that time.
