AGED CARE INCOME TESTING ACT 1997 No. 103 of 1997 - SECT 19

A court, or any other body or person having power to require the production of
documents or the answering of questions, may require a person to disclose
protected information only if:

   (a)  the disclosure is required for the purposes of this Act; or

   (b)  the person to whom the information relates has consented, in writing,
        to the disclosure.
