ABORIGINAL COUNCILS AND ASSOCIATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 189 of 1992 - SCHEDULE

SCHEDULE
REFERENCES TO THE COMPANIES ACT 1981 The Principal Act is further amended as
follows: Section 3 (definition of "unauthorised name"):
Omit paragraph (b), substitute:

"(b) a name that would not be available to a body corporate under the
Corporations Law". Section 62:
Omit " Companies Act 1981", substitute "Corporations Law". Section 67:

   (a)  Omit " Companies Act 1981", substitute "Corporations Law".

   (b)  Omit "incorporated", substitute "registered".
