ABORIGINAL COUNCILS AND ASSOCIATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 189 of 1992 - SECT 2

2.(1) Apart from section 13, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), section 13 commences on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) If section 13 does not commence under subsection (2) within the period of
6 months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, it
commences on the first day after the end of that period.
