ABORIGINAL COUNCILS AND ASSOCIATIONS ACT 1976 No. 186 of 1976 - SECT 7
Resignation.
7. The Registrar or a Deputy Registrar may resign his office by writing signed
by him delivered to the Minister, but the resignation does not have effect
until it is accepted by the Minister.
