ABORIGINAL COUNCILS AND ASSOCIATIONS ACT 1976 No. 186 of 1976 - SECT 37

37. (1) An Aboriginal Council shall, within 3 weeks after the appointment of a
public officer, serve on the Registrar a notice in writing setting out the
full name and official address of the public officer.

(2) Where an Aboriginal Council changes the official address of its public
officer, it shall, within 3 weeks after the change, serve on the Registrar a
notice in writing of the change.
