ABORIGINAL COUNCILS AND ASSOCIATIONS ACT 1976 No. 186 of 1976 - SECT 24

Election of councillors to be void.

24. Where the Registrar declares a meeting of an Aboriginal Council closed
under sub-section 22 (8), the election of the councillors of that Council
shall be deemed to be void and the Registrar shall proceed to conduct a fresh
election in accordance with section 21.
