ABORIGINAL COUNCILS AND ASSOCIATIONS ACT 1976

No. 186 of 1976 An Act to provide for the Constitution of Aboriginal Councils
and the Incorporation of Associations of Aboriginals and for matters connected
therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act
1976.*1*
