AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 49

49 Delegation

(1) The ACA may, by writing, delegate any or all of the functions and powers
conferred on the ACA by a law of the Commonwealth to:

   (a)  a member; or

   (b)  an associate member; or

   (c)  a member of the staff of the ACA; or

   (d)  a person whose services are made available to the ACA under subsection
        41(1).

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a power to make, vary or revoke a
disallowable instrument.

(3) In this section:
disallowable instrument means an instrument that is a disallowable instrument
for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation  Act 1901.
