AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 46

46 Limitation on contracts

The ACA must not, without the approval of the Minister, enter into a contract
under which the ACA is to pay or receive an amount exceeding:

   (a)  $2 million; or

   (b)  if a higher amount is specified in the regulations-that higher amount.
