AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 45

(1) The members must prepare estimates of the ACA's receipts and expenditure
for each financial year, and for any other periods directed by the Minister.

(2) The estimates:

   (a)  must be in the form required by the Minister; and

   (b)  must be given to the Minister within the time required by the
        Minister.
