AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 43

(1) There is payable to the ACA such money as is appropriated from time to
time by the Parliament for the purposes of the ACA.

(2) The Minister for Finance may give directions as to the amounts in which,
and the times at which, money referred to in subsection (1) is to be paid to
the ACA.
