AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 22

(1) The ACA is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient
performance of its functions.

(2) Meetings are to be held at such times and places as the ACA determines.
This subsection has effect subject to subsections (3), (4) and (5).

(3) The Chairman may call a meeting at any time.

(4) The Chairman must call a meeting if requested to do so in writing by the
Minister.

(5) The Chairman must call a meeting if requested to do so in writing by at
least 2 members.
