AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 70 of 1986 - SECT 9

9. Section 52A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) "and";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (e) "(2) refusing to register a
        declaration" and substituting "(1) refusing to register a declaration
        or (2) refusing to include the name of a child in a declaration"; and

   (c)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; and (f) decisions of the Minister that the Minister is satisfied as to the
matters referred to in sub-section 23D (1A).".
