AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 129 of 1984 - SECT 12

12. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "sub-section (2) of section 14"
and substituting "sub-section 13 (2)";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) "sub-section (8) of section 14" and
substituting "sub-section 13 (9)";

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (3) "paragraph (d) of that sub-section"
and substituting "sub-paragraph 13 (9) (d) (ii)"; and

   (d)  by omitting from sub-section (4) "sub-section (9) of section 14" and
substituting "sub-section 13 (10)".
