AUSTRALIA COUNCIL AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 113 of 1976 - SECT 9

9. After section 17 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:-
Committees.
''17A. (1) The Council may appoint Committees to assist the Council in the
performance of its functions under this Act.

''(2) A Committee appointed under this section shall consist of such persons,
whether members of the Council or of a Board or not, as the Council thinks
fit.''.
