AUSTRALIA COUNCIL ACT 1975 No. 11 of 1975 - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears-

''arts'' includes creative and interpretative expression through theatre,
literature, music, visual arts, film and crafts;

''Board'' means a Board established under this Act;

''Council'' means the Council established by this Act.
