Short title.
AUSTRALIA COUNCIL ACT 1975
No. 11 of 1975 An Act to establish a Council for Purposes connected with the
Promotion of the Arts, and to make Provision for related Matters.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Australia Council Act 1975.*
