Property, powers, liabilities, &c.


8. The alteration of the name and constitution of the Australian Broadcasting
Commission resulting from section 5 of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation
Act 1983 does not affect any property, powers, rights, liabilities or
obligations of the body corporate continued in existence by that section.
