Australian Broadcasting Corporation (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1983 No. 7 of 1983 - SECT 18

18. Section 63L of the Audit Act 1901 as that section applies to the
Corporation by virtue of section 72 of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation
Act 1983 extends to accounts and records of financial transactions of the
Australian Broadcasting Commission that took place before the commencing day
as if they were accounts and records of financial transactions of the
Corporation.
