Australian Broadcasting Corporation (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 1983 No. 7 of 1983 - SECT 17

17. The bank accounts maintained by the Australian Broadcasting Commission
immediately before the commencing day continue in existence as bank accounts
of the Corporation as if they had been opened by the Corporation under section
63J of the Audit Act 1901 as that section applies to the Corporation by virtue
of section 72 of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983.
