Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983 No. 6 of 1983 - SECT 79
Application of Broadcasting and Television Act
79. Except where the Broadcasting and Television Act 1942 otherwise expressly
provides, that Act does not apply in relation to the broadcasting or
television services provided by the Corporation.
