Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983 No. 6 of 1983 - SECT 69

69. (1) The Board shall prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of the receipts and expenditure of the Corporation for each financial
year and, if the Minister so directs, for any other period specified by the
Minister, and the Board shall submit estimates so prepared to the Minister not
later than such date as the Minister directs.

(2) The moneys of the Corporation shall not be expended otherwise than in
accordance with the estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.
