Australian Broadcasting Corporation Act 1983 No. 6 of 1983 - SECT 14

14. (1) The Managing Director shall be paid by the Corporation such
remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

(2) The non-executive Directors shall be paid by the Corporation such
remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.

(3) Subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973-

   (a)  the Managing Director shall be paid by the Corporation such allowances
        as are determined by the Board; and

   (b)  the non-executive Directors shall be paid by the Corporation such
        allowances as are prescribed by the regulations.
