AUSTRALIAN BICENTENNIAL AUTHORITY ACT 1980 No. 49 of 1980 - SECT 4

4. This Act applies in relation to the Authority notwithstanding anything in
the Memorandum of Association or the Articles of Association of the Authority,
but this Act shall not be construed as affecting the operation of any
provision of the Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association of the
Authority that is capable of operating concurrently with this Act.
