AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICAL PRODUCTS (COLLECTION OF LEVY) ACT 1994 No. 41 of 1994 - SECT 19
Levy and late payment penalty recoverable as debts
19.(1) Any levy that has not been paid on or before the prescribed date for
payment of the levy, or any late payment penalty that is payable, is a debt
due to the Commonwealth and payable to the NRA and may be sued for and
recovered by the NRA.
(2) The NRA must pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund any amounts of levy or
late payment penalty received by it.
