AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1994 No. 37 of 1994 - SECT 9

9. After section 9 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:

NRA to comply with policies of Governments of Commonwealth, States and
participating Territories

"9A. In the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers the
NRA must comply with any policies of the Governments of the Commonwealth, the
States and the participating Territories that are determined under any
agreement entered into between those Governments for the purposes of this Act
and the Agvet Codes.".
