AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1994 No. 37 of 1994 - SECT 19
Delegation by Minister
19. Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (1)(a)
and substituting the following paragraph:
"(a) the powers conferred on the Minister under this Act, the Agricultural
and Veterinary Chemicals Act 1994 , the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals
Code Act 1994 or the Agvet Codes or the Agvet Regulations; or".
