ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER HERITAGE PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 39 of 1987 - SECT 1

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
Heritage Protection Amendment Act 1987.

(2) The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984*1*
is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (Minister's second reading
speech made in - House of Representatives on 25 March 1987 Senate on 7 May
1987)
