ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 83

Consultation about initial appropriation 
83. The Minister must consult:

   (a)  the Commission Chairperson; and

   (b)  the Chairperson of the Torres Strait Regional Council; and

   (c)  the Commissioner representing the Torres Strait zone; about the amount
        proposed to be appropriated to the Commission for the purposes of the
        Torres Strait Regional Authority for the financial year beginning on 1
        July 1994.
