ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 74

Polling places

74. Section 105 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "Australian Electoral Commission" and
substituting "Electoral Commissioner";
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) "it" and substituting "he or she";
(c) by omitting from subsection (3) "Australian Electoral Commission" and
substituting "Electoral Commissioner".
