ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 6

Period of appointment

6. Section 47 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(2) The period must not be longer than 5 years.".
