ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 53

Rules for conduct of elections

53. Section 113 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (1)(a) ", but not limited to," after

"including";

   (b)  by adding at the end of paragraph (1)(b) "(including, but not limited
        to, the holding of by-elections)".
