ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 4

4.(1) This section applies to a person who held the office of Director of
Evaluation and Audit immediately before the commencement of this section.

(2) The period specified in the person's instrument of appointment has effect,
after the commencement of this section, as if it were the period specified for
the purposes of section 77A of the amended Act.

(3) Subsection 77E(2) of the amended Act has effect, in relation to the
person, as if the person had been appointed immediately after the commencement
of this section.

(4) In this section:

"amended Act" means the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
