ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 39

Transitional provision-annual report of new Regional Council to deal with the operations of its predecessor or predecessors

39.(1) This section applies to the annual report of a new Regional Council
prepared under section 99 of the amended Act for the financial year ending on
30 June 1994.

(2) In addition to the matters which section 99 of the amended Act requires
the report to deal with, the report must also deal with the operations during
that financial year of the predecessor, or predecessors, of the new Regional
Council.
