ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 23
Exemption from taxation
23. Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(2) Excise duty is not payable by the Commission, or by any other person, on
goods that are for use by the Commission.".
