ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1993 No. 1 of 1994 - SECT 10

10. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

" 'Administrator' means an Administrator appointed under:

   (a)  section 115; or

   (b)  section 123; or

   (c)  section 124J; to administer the affairs of a Regional Council;".
