ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 37 of 1993 - SECT 9

Persons entitled to vote at Regional Council elections

9. Section 101 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting "an election for the members of a Regional Council" and
substituting "a Regional Council ward election";
(b) by omitting from subparagraph (b)(i) "the region for which the Regional
Council is established" and substituting " the ward concerned".
