ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 37 of 1993 - SECT 35

Interpretation

35. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

"'misbehaviour' has a meaning affected by section 4A;".
