ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 37 of 1993 - SECT 32

32. (1) The amendments made by this Part (other than section 22) do not apply
until immediately after the end of the election period for the round of
Regional Council elections for 1993.

(2) The amendments made by section 22 apply to the round of Regional Council
elections for 1993 and to each later round.
