ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 37 of 1993 - SECT 22

Persons qualified to be elected to Regional Councils 
22. Section 102 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "or" from the end of paragraph (1)(d);

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) the following paragraphs:

"; (f) the person is bankrupt; or

   (g)  there is in operation a composition, deed of arrangement or deed of
        assignment with the person's creditors under the law relating to
        bankruptcy.".
