ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 100 of 1994 - SECT 16

People qualified to be elected to the TSRA

16. Section 142V of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "for a ward" after "member of the TSRA";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1)(a) "election" and substituting "ward
election concerned".
