ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 100 of 1994 - SECT 11

TSRA to formulate decision-making principles about grants, loans and guarantees

11. Section 142K of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (1)(a) "or 142GA" after "142F";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (2) "and 142G" and substituting ", 142G
        and 142GA".
